Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at this years CoffeeOne, powered by NYCW.  NYCW events are proudly supported by the NYCEDC & Industry City.

Please complete the form below to be part of the festivities. 

Coffee Booth - Free Registration - 110 Power (Drip Coffee/Pour Over)
Coffee Vendors that will be serving Pour Overs, Drip Coffee,  AeroPress, and/or ColdBrew will be supplied with 110 Power.

Espresso Booth - $300 Registration - 220 Power (Espresso Cart/Mobile Coffee Cart)
Coffee Vendors that will be using an espresso cart, mobile coffee cart, and/or will be using equipment that requires 220 Power will be charged $300.

What will be Provided?
10X10 Tables per Vendor, Water Source, 110 Power Outlets for Everyone, & Garbage.

Things to Bring.
Coffee, Cups, Lids, Stirrers, Milk, Water Kettle, Swag (if applicable), & Ice (if applicable).

Food Vendors can only use either propane or electric (110 power) for cooking. Food Vendors will be located outside in our beautiful and interactive courtyard. We only have availability for 10 Food Vendors.  Vendors will provide their own equipment, tables, and/or tents.

To apply, please fill out the form below completely, including details about what you want to sell and up to three photos. Forms with an asterisk must be filled out to be considered. Prices are per day. In general, if you don’t receive a response within 10 days, it means you have not been accepted.
